Anthony Stewart (rugby league)
Anthony Stewart (born 5 March 1979) is a British professional rugby league footballer for Salford of Super League. An international representative winger, he previously played for St. Helens, with whom he won a Challenge Cup and a Super League grand final.
He began playing at Hindley Juniors before joining Saints.
Anthony signed for Salford on loan from St Helens in 2004. He signed permanently in 2005. He has represented Ireland and Lancashire.
He has been named in the Ireland training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[1]
